Rochelle L. Gordon is a labor arbitrator serving both the private and public sectors.  She has been appointed to the rosters of the Federal Mediation & Conciliation Service, Illinois Local Labor Relations Board, the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Board, the State University Civil Service and the Illinois Board of Education Tenured Teacher Discharge roster.

Ms. Gordon, an experienced labor law attorney, graduated from the John Marshall Law School.  She clerked for The Honorable Judge Alvin I. Krenzler, United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio and the Honorable Audrey E. Melbourne, Circuit Court of Prince Georges County, Maryland.  Prior to her career as an arbitrator, Ms. Gordon served as the Associate General Counsel of the Chicago Board of Education's Labor Law Unit.  Her work with the Board included appointment to the Board's collective bargaining team that negotiated the 2003-2007 collective bargaining agreement with Chicago Teachers Union.  Ms. Gordon's work in the labor area also includes direct labor relations experience, having served as the administrator for the labor relations office at the Cook County Department of Corrections.  For more detail, see Ms. Gordon's resume.
