Green Meadows Standardbred training center offers Standardbred horse sales, training, and boarding. Bernard Demars, owner and trainer of Green Meadows, is passionate about Standardbred horses and about harness racing. He channels that passion into a commitment to create more opportunities for Standardbreds and Standardbred racing in the South and Southwest. Green Meadows is the home of TheLittle Green Mug, an annual meet featuring Standardbred harness and saddle racing. Established in 2001, the name "The Little Green Mug" is a tribute to one of the most famous events of the Standardbred racing world, The Little Brown Jug. The Little Green Mug gives like minded horsemen, and their horses, a chance to meet and compete. The public is invited to watch and experience the exciting versatile Standardbred horse up close and personal.

Little Green Mug
